Patrick Higgins and Wan Zhao both have backgrounds in classical music and real estate. Patrick was born in Michigan and grew up in GA. He graduated from Ohio State University with a viola performance major, and Wan graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Violin performance major. They met while playing at the Ohio Valley Orchestra in Gallipolis, OH in 2003. Patrick established a Violin shop upon graduating college and won two gold medals at Arizona International Violin Maker’s Competition in 2019 and Merit of Tone award at the prestigious Violin Society of America competition in 2010. Originally from China, Wan is an accomplished Violinist who played with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra in Charleston, West Virginia for 10 seasons. Patrick and Wan enjoyed performing career with the Tran-Siberian Orchestra and various musicians such as Josh Groban, Ricky Skaggs, Michael Buble. Wan owns a mortgage broker company Holi Mortgage, LLC and was featured as a top loan producer in 2022 on the National Mortgage Professional magazine. Patrick is a licensed realtor in the Northern Kentucky area. With their artistic background and real estate expertise, they will be able to provide the top-notch service to their clients for the window treatment. Patrick and Wan live in Independence, KY with their two boys Jackson and Oskar plus three dogs Ali, Taco and Biscuit.
