I'm Lana—wife, mother, entrepreneur, window treatment designer, certified color consultant, and amateur artist.

I started Made in the Shade Blinds North DFW in 2017 to build a business that would allow me to prioritize my family first and help others bring more beauty and functionality to their homes.

By God's grace, each of these things has happened. I can spend as much time with my family and hobbies as I want while providing homeowners in the Denton County area and beyond beautiful, functional window treatments within their budget.

I'm married to a great man who is very supportive of me, and we have one fantastic adult son and three spoiled, fluffy white dogs.
